Tahniah Malaysia
Separuh masa kedua, rentak permainan Laos berubah.
019 Is Now Maxis
My cousin just realized and tell me this story yesterday....
Last week, he went to Mid Valley Megamall by Komuter. While walking heading to Mid Valley from the Komuter station, he has been approached by some guys from telcos' booth, the booth that promoting to the crowded to register new line with them or promoting their prepaid and products. This guy hold my cousins' hand, offer him to sit and begin to ask for his IC.
"What for?" my cousin ask. That guy said "It's nothing, just we have a promotion for you. Now we offer new SIM card, I will fill up the form for you and you will get a new SIM card. It's nothing..." Then, this young man give his IC and this guy fill up the form and return his IC with a new SIM card.
Yesterday, my cousin realized that his telco provider was changed. Before this, he use Celcom Prepaid, but know he subscribed to Maxis Postpaid.
I ask him either he signed or not the form that the promoter fill for him last week? He said "Yes". "Did you read what form it is?" He said "No". I said to him "Then it's also your fault because you signed that form without knowing what is the form all about". I think it's the form to change the telco provider without changing our phone number.
Yes, the promoter is wrong because he doesn't explain to the customer what he is going to do and what he is actually offer, but it is our responsibility to be more careful dealing with them, especially if you need to sign anything.
So guys, careful and be alert...
