Hi All…
Hi,
Sorry, It has been a while since my last post. At first, there is nothing to say and to write. Then, I'm been busy. Yes, I guest I'm quite busy lately. I've been transfered to northern. Very happy because I'm now staying with my lovely wife after 2 years being apart from each other. Being in a long distance relationship is quite tiring. But then, I've learned to be more patient and appreciate the time while we are together.
And there is one good news to share. I'm now is father to Umar Syarif. I've got the title on 19th of Mei, 2010, few days before my 2nd anniversary with my wife. So the life is become more meaningful, merrier, and complete.
Well, I'll update my stories later (if there are chances to do so) which I missed to update in this few months. About my weekend at Flamingo Hotel, Penang, our visits to Butterfly Farm, about Pearl Maternity Hospital, and some more stories (if I still have and remember the stories ). I hope I will be back soon.
Daaaaa!!
Today, I’ve Being Fooled by Giant
I went to Giant, Pusat Bandar Damansara. I want to buy biscuits. I search and I found the one that I want. I look the price, RM10++. Cheaper compared with the price at Jusco Bukit Raja which is about RM11++. I take one and heading to counter. The cashier scan the item, and the price appeared. It's RM12++. Without any voice, I look at the cashier with unsatisfied face. The cashier looked back at me and said, "You will only get the price if only you spent more than RM50". I said, "You mean that the price tag show the price after discount, but I don't get the discount because I spent less than RM50?". The cashier said, "Yes".
Today, I've Being Fooled by Giant. The reality is, this is what we as customer facing everyday. We become like toys and dumb people, being cheated and fooled everyday and every time. For us as a customer, it's not worth it if we want to go and meet the authorities to lodge a report. But for them as a Giant (or whatever company), very-very worth it when ten or hundred or thousands of their customer has been fooled.
p/s: This is not the first time I experience this incident at Giant Hypermarket, there is few times when I scan an item at the cashier, the price is not same with the price they put at the shelves. Check the price and always compared with the price appeared at the cash machine.
